Houston’s senior set is the target audience for a gathering that may help older adults make their golden years their best ones yet.
The 2026 Houston Senior Expo and Health Fair is set to bring the fun to the city, and this year's theme is “Mardi Gras”. Seniors as well as veterans, caregivers and families may all find that the function has a lot to offer, and its doors will be open for four hours.
This one stop shopping style event will be offering space to a wide assortment of vendors and resource providers and it will serve as an information clearinghouse. It will be dedicated to helping the attendees achieve a high quality of life, and health, recreation, housing and many other areas will all be covered. Tickets can be reserved free of charge, and the GSH Event Center has been booked to host the celebration.
