The River Oaks District of Houston is about to host an event that will support those living with Alzheimer's and other Forms of dementia.
The organizers of The Art of Memories Sip and Shop Soiree have pulled out all the stops to create an experience they hope will be enjoyed by all those who take part. It will run for two hours, and while the shoppers support the cause, they will also be showing some love to the location’s small businesses
Those who register for the activity will be invited to visit each of the participating high-end boutiques, and at each, they will be treated to complimentary sips of champagne. The shops will also have special pricing on offer on a variety of merchandise, and live music will help to create an elegant atmosphere.
To add a further touch of fun to the occasion, each participant will be invited to try their luck in the sip and shop bingo. Each location they visit will bring them closer to winning a prize, and there will be a variety of luxury Corporate Gifts distributed to the winners. Information about Alzheimer's will be provided, included some of the research being undertaken in the hope of finding new treatments and even a cure.
The Art of Memories Sip and Shop will be held in support of the Alzheimer's Association on Tuesday, November 12. It will run from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the River Oaks District.
