A fundraiser held in support of Memorial Park Conservancy will be a special affair, offering a night of dining under the stars.
The first ever annual Starlight Soiree Gala will celebrate the park and the role it plays in the community. It is over 1,000 acres in size, and serves as a reservoir for many species of plants and animals. The function will support programming as well as day-to-day care of the site, and tickets are available now.
The planners of the function have made the tickets available at a variety of price points, starting at the $250 level and going up from there. Donations are also welcome, and each person who registers and pays the entry fee will receive reserved seating. Companies that would like to get involved are welcome to book a whole table for their staff, patrons, or anyone else they wish, and these are also on offer at various prices.
The schedule for the affair includes dinner, dancing, and also a silent auction. A variety of Corporate Gifts have been prepared to distribute to the ticket holders, depending upon which level ticket they purchased.
This night under the stars in support of a popular local green space will take place on March 10. It will open with a cocktail mixer at 6:30 pm, and will be held at the Clay Family Eastern Glades.
