Event to serve up handmade gnocchi

Gnocchi, a potato-based pasta, is a popular Italian dish, and those who participate in Houston cook and sip will learn how to prepare it for themselves.

Clutch Distilling has organized a cookery class that will feature instruction provided by Chef Nancy, who will share tips for preparing tasty gnocchi. It can be enjoyed by any level of experience, and while they learn, the participants will be able to sip on their favorite cocktail.

The function will teach the fundamentals of mixing, rolling, and shaping their gnocchi into whichever shape they wish. They will then discover how to prepare two different sauces to accompany their creation, with one being brown butter-based and the other being creamy and seasoned with pesto. The function will last for two hours, and is limited to those age 21 and up. Tickets can be reserved for $59 each.

Paint, craft and cook and sips are all becoming quite popular. A poster printing company will be able to offer an assortment of methods for promoting them to the local public.

Clutch Distilling will be offering this gnocchi cookery class on June 19. The session will begin at 4:00 pm, and it is a production of Class Pop. A full description of the function and a list of the ingredients used can be found on its website.
