Mother's Day is a time to show mom how much she matters, and a Houston venue has organized a special event in honor of these leading ladies.
The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston will be treating mothers and their families to an interactive brunch experience, and the theme for the occasion will be “Springtime in Paris.” It will offer a taste of a Parisian street market, with a menu prepared by Executive Chef Jean Luc Royere.
The diners at the brunch will be able to enjoy a variety of dishes, and various bites will be served, including slow-cooked filet mignon and carved lamb. Seafood dishes – including fish, sushi and oysters – will be on offer, and a charcuterie will be available as well. Traditional breakfast fare, desserts, an omelette station, and beverages will round out the meal.
To help keep the younger guests entertained, all kids at the function can visit the Toy Boutique, which will offer arts and crafts and other fun. Activity sheets, stickers, and other custom designed materials for an occasion can be prepared by Stationery printers.
This taste of a Parisian market in Houston will be welcoming families on Sunday, May 11. Complimentary valet parking will be available, and the host can be contacted at 346.227.5026. The first seating on the schedule will start at 10:00 am.
