Comicpalooza is returning to Houston for three days next month.
The convention is a celebration of science fiction, fantasy, anime, and popular culture. Featuring panel discussions, autograph and photo sessions, and a film and literature festival, guests can also keep themselves entertained with tabletop gaming tournaments, children's activities, and cosplay (costume) contests.
Among the guests who will be appearing at the festival are Emelia Clarke and Nathalie Emanuel from Game of Thrones, Michael Dorn and Gates McFadden from Star Trek: The Next Generation, The Flash's Grant Gustin, John Barrowman from The Arrow, and That ‘70s Show’s Wilmer Valderrama.
There will also be live performances from groups such as Comedy Sportz and Kommander Kibbey. A live art auction will be taking place to raise funds for Fresh Arts, which encourages local artists.
A popular spot during the convention will surely be the vendors’ room. Visitors will be able to purchase a wide variety of related items such as comic Books, action figures, and signed photographs.

Comicpalooza will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center from May 10 to 12. Visit the official event website for the most recent information. Tickets range in price from $39 up to $260.
