Houston neighborhood plans elegant evening

Houston Heights has plans in the works for an evening styled after a popular Mardi Gras festival.

Dubbed “White Linen Nights,” the function will take a page from the festival hosted each year in the French Quarter. It will combine an elegant evening out with a chance to support area artists and artisans, and it is being hosted by The Feel Good Group.

Guests at the evening celebration are asked to wear their best white attire, and they will be able to sip on a glass of wine, beer, or other beverage as they browse through the assorted vendor tables and take in the live music. They will be invited to mingle and enjoy the street style food that will be served. According to the listing, this will be the first time the neighborhood has been the location for this sort of occasion.

When planning a large public event, the organizers may find themselves tasked with choosing suitable themed decor. A poster printing company will be happy to work with planners to make sure they have the items they need for their function to be a success.

The first ever Houston Heights White Linen Night will be held at West 19th Street. The fun will be getting started at 4:00 pm, and it will continue on throughout the evening until 10:00 pm.
