Supporting local businesses is about to get a lot easier for Houston residents, thanks to an upcoming pop-up event.
Mr. X Bar and Lounge will be welcoming the public for its first pop-up market, and it will feature a curated list of vendors from in and around the city. There will be special fun provided for the kids.
The plans for the celebration include the market as well as a food truck area, and the adults can relax with a drink at the outdoor bar. A photo backdrop will be set up, and the music will be supplied by a live DJ. Parking and admission are both free, and in the release, the organizers explained that there will be activities for all ages.
Any local food trucker operator or other small businesses owner who is interested in being part of the festivities is invited to submit an application to Marketplacehtx@gmail.com. Mobile eateries that set up shop in a public event like this can have partial and full vehicle wraps designed, prepared and installed by a local Print shop that offers Graphic Design Services.
This community celebration has been organized for Sunday, May 8, and while there is no admission fee, tickets may be reserved by visiting its online listing. It will run from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
