The Jacinto City/Galena Park 32nd Annual BBQ Cook-off and Auction at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is coming up this month, and is free to the public.
The event will take place at the North Shore Rotary Pavilion on Wallisville Road. It will include a live and silent auction, which will take place during the afternoon.
Vendors will be on hand to offer food options, crafts, arts, and gifts. Vendors can contact the local Print company to order supplies for the event. Banner printing will create the signage needed for the booths, while flyer printing will provide a handout for booth visitors with company information and special offers.
The North Shore Rotary Pavilion is host to many community events. It is a large outdoor pavilion with a cooking house and a serving area. Restrooms are available onsite. The pavilion can be reserved for private events as well as community activities through the Central Parks division.
Entry fees to participate in the BBQ cook-off range from $225-$800 depending on the size of the space required. Vendor space of 10’ x 10’ is $100. Tickets can be purchased online, and donations and sponsorships are welcome to support community charities.
