The 65th annual Sylvan Beach Festival is taking place next month in nearby La Porte. It is presented by the La Porte - Bayshore Chamber of Commerce and the City of La Porte.
Last year's festival was cancelled due to local restrictions, but is slated to take place this year. A celebration of hard rock music, performers expected to appear at this year's festival include the Randy Rogers Band and Wade Bowen.
As with every year, the festival will begin with its customary parade. In addition, there will be arts and crafts vendors selling a variety of handmade, unique items, carnival rides and games, and a cook-off competition. There will also be plenty of food and drink available for purchase.
Other events taking place will include a children's pageant and the Miss Sylvan Beach pageant.
Music fans in the Houston area will likely be excited about the prospect of a live music festival. Stationery printers are frequently asked by organizers of such events to provide Flyers and Brochures that can be inexpensively and quickly distributed in the area.
