The Red Poppy Festival is an annual gathering that gives both locals and visitors alike ways to enjoy themselves, many of them free of charge. The community parade has traditionally been one of the most popular arts of the festival, but there are several other ways for residents to get involved in all the fun.
Along with the parade, the three-day gathering will offer live entertainment on three stages, and vehicle buffs are invited to show off their pride and joy in the car show.
