The Georgetown Area Junior Forum (GAJF) will be hosting “Chicks for Charity Designer Purse Bingo” this fall. The event aims to raise money for the non-profit, which seeks to help the community in various ways. Funds are also being raised via sponsorship tables that can be decorated in advance by the sponsor.
Sponsorship table opportunities such as this one can be beneficial for local businesses. Businesses completing such sponsorships may seek the help of local Print shops to get various items that can be displayed on their tables for participants to see.
Those attending the event will get to enjoy 10 bingo games and receive three cards for each. There will also be food and drink selections included with each admission ticket. For those looking for extra chances to win and help the cause, there will be raffle tickets and additional bingo cards available for purchase.
The evening will be taking place on Tuesday, October 20, at the Georgetown Community Center, located at 455 E Morrow St. Doors open at 5:30 pm, with the first game beginning around 6:30 pm. The event concludes at 9:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the door on the night of the event, if there is availability. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
