A celebration of a favorite fruit is set to kick off at a local farm, and Georgetown residents are invited to attend for a flavorful and immersive experience.
Fun on the Farm: Peach-a-Palooza, presented by Elmwood Stock Farm, will begin welcoming guests in the middle of August for a family-friendly farm tour and tasting session. The farm’s owners are planning the event, which promises a fun day in the sun with activities and food.
Each ticket includes a guided tour around the farm to see and learn about the animals and produce there. Guests will be given the chance to try several peach-based treats during the tour, including peach bars, cobblers, and ice cream. Attendees can also purchase freshly picked peaches from the farm’s store.
