Fans of both land and air vehicles will find plenty to talk about when they attend a function on the agenda for Georgetown.
The city will see the return of the annual Car & Vintage Plane Show at the Georgetown Airport. While advance registration is not mandatory, it is highly recommended, and awards will be presented to the top entries.
Along with providing an opportunity for the public to enjoy viewing cars and vintage aircraft, the celebration will boast a swap meet. Interested parties are invited to reserve a table space ahead of time, and the pop-up market and vehicle show will be joined by an assortment of demonstrations such as skydiving, formation flights and even a chance to hop aboard a vintage airplane for an actual flight. Food will be available, and the occasion has been planned as a family-friendly event.
The activity’s registration system has gone live, and anyone who would like to make sure they are part of the fun is encouraged to add their name to the list of participants. The first 150 to sign up for the car show will receive a goody bag of selected Promotional Products.
