This Fourth of July, Georgetown’s San Gabriel Park will welcome an event that will bring the whole community together in a spirit of fun.
Thanks to support from the Georgetown Sertoma Club and the city itself, the park will be lighting up the night with a fireworks show, which will cap off a full day of activities. There will be fun for all ages, and admission to the function will be free.
The festivities will be kicking off in the late morning, and the plans for the day include live music as well as a pop-up arts and crafts vendor market. Kids can make some new furry and feathery friends in the petting zoo, and everyone can enjoy viewing the antique cars, going for a spin on the rides, and trying their hand at one of the carnival-style games. There may be a small fee charged for some of the options, and the fun will get started with a Hometown Parade.
Communities of all sizes across the USA have plans in store for the Fourth of July. A banner printing company can prepare everything from bunting and booth decor to signage and even a banner that can be towed behind a plane.
The 2025 Georgetown Fourth of July festivities will welcome all ages to San Gabriel Park starting a t 11:00 am on July 4 itself. A full description of what is in store can be found on the city’s website.
