Georgetown adults will soon be able to enjoy a night out with friends, and while they dance the night away they will be supporting a local cause.
Open My World provides equine therapy opportunities for Georgetown residents, and its first ever Barn Dance fundraiser is set to open its doors this August. Reunion Ranch has been booked for the occasion. Guests can learn about the host and its 15 years of providing equine assisted services.
The event will open with a BBQ dinner, and a wide selection of traditional sides will accompany the main dish. Non-alcoholic drinks will be supplied to the ticket holders, and everyone will receive one ticket for a drink that is a little bit stronger. Western Express will supply the entertainment, and an auction, a photo booth, games, and other fun are all in the works.
Many local companies may appreciate an opportunity to support a charitable event. One way they can do so is by providing Corporate Gifts to use as draw prizes, or to include in live or silent auctions. If they are printed with the donor’s Logo Design, they will help to show its community spirit.
