The annual Georgetown Market Days festival will begin in March through November, and will once again be held in the Historic Downtown Georgetown area.
This year promises a new eclectic selection of unique items, along with many new vendors. The Market Days is slated to be more of an upscale event this year than it has been in the past. Starting in 2014, the plan to bring fine jewelry, home and garden décor, handmade lotions and soaps, and gourmet foods was successfully put into place.
Each month during last year, 5 to 10 new vendors were brought in and the momentum is slated to continue this year. New vendors travel from across the state of Texas to be part of the market. Entertainment and music is also in the plans for the 2015 event.
Local Print companies are available to assist with materials needed by the vendors. Flyer printing is a popular request as the vendors distribute the Flyers prior to the event to generate interest and attendance. Banner printing creates the signage needed to highlight the vendors’ companies and products.
The Market Days event has been in existence for 18 years in Georgetown and is held the second Saturday of each month during the nine-month period, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
