Georgetown kids on the lookout for some summertime fun with new friends will be able to enjoy spending time at a local children’s club.
Woolf Ranch Town Center will be offering a program that will give kids two full hours of supervised activities each week, and every session will have its own theme. There’s no charge to participate, and the kids will learn while having fun.
The first week’s theme will be “Superhero Day”, and the group will be encouraged to wear a costume and have their photo taken with the characters who will be on hand. Craft and activity stations will be set up, each child will be encouraged to discover his or her own personal superpower.
The next week will be all about nature, and the participants will be potting up a new green friend. The final instalment will be dedicated to the STEM fields, and the group will put their thinking and logic skills to the test.
Hosting a schedule of events like this gives a community an easy way to encourage young people to develop a lifelong love of learning. A poster printing company can offer a variety of ways to promote it to the public.
The Summer KidX Club event series will run from July 28 to August 11, and will take place each Wednesday from 10:00 until 12:00 pm. More details about the activity can be found in its web listing.
