Georgetown Galentines soiree to offer evening of fun

Galentine’s has come to be an informal holiday where women gather to celebrate, and Georgetown will be hosting one of these events.

A celebration dubbed “Galentine’s Day Soiree” is on the agenda for the community, designed for anyone who identifies as female. It's limited to those age 21 and up only, and everyone has been asked to dress to impress in all-black party wear.

The guests at the soiree will be treated to complimentary wine and cheese, and they can network for as long as they wish with the other participants. Music and karaoke are on the agenda, and there will be giveaways of Corporate Gifts. Anyone who would like to purchase dinner can do so, and a raffle and vendor area will round out the festivities. There is enough space to accommodate up to 100 guests, and parking is free. A professional photographer will be on site to capture pictures of all the fun.

This special to wrap up the month will be running from 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm on February 25. It will be on offer at Georgetown Gardens.
