Georgetown dads to hop aboard wine express

Georgetown dads who participate in a special excursion planned for the area will climb aboard a vintage train for a unique experience.

The Cedar Park depot will be the departure point for a train ride that will offer scenic views of the Texas back country. The two-hour outing will span the San Gabriel River, and some local wine experts will be along for the ride to share their knowledge.

During the trip, representatives of Wedding Oak Winery will host a discussion and wine tasting, and everyone will be able to purchase food and some wine to sip at the planned two-hour stop that will give the passengers time to explore the winery itself. Alcohol will not be served on the trip home, but soft drinks will be on offer. The activity offers a fun idea for dads and their adult kids, as it is limited to those age 21 and up.

Companies often choose to host special events in honor of Father’s Day. Promotional Products for an activity can be sourced from an area printer, which can use variable Print technology to personalize each one individually.

The Father’s Day Wine Train will be pulling out from Cedar Park Depot on June 19 at 11:00 am. Tickets are available now, and a seating chart and other details can be found online.
