Georgetown golfers who have been hoping for an excuse to enjoy some fun in the sun are encouraged to add their name to the list of players in the Capital Area Dental Foundation Golf Classic Fundraiser.
This annual event raises funds for the Foundation's Community Dental Day program, which provides oral care to those experiencing financial hardship. Single player passes are $125 each, and a discount is available to golfers who register a team of four.
The activity has been planned at The Golf Club at Star Ranch in nearby Hutto. Registrants will be served breakfast tacos before they take to the course, and coffee and a catered lunch are also included in the sign-up fee. A raffle is in the works, and tickets for this may be purchased when completing the registration process.
To make it easier for the community to get involved in the activity, there are several sponsorship options available, as well as passes for anyone who can only attend the luncheon. The Logo Design of a not-for-profit group can be added to the Promotional Products and other swag often handed out during a fundraising event like this one.
