A charity that works all year long to make sure that students in Texas have the school supplies they need recently announced that it will be hosting a pop up holiday party, and everyone is on the guests list for the festivities.
This Georgetown area celebration will be raising money for Backpack Friends, which is a 502(c)3 charity. The list of activities that will take place is quite extensive, and the attendees will be supporting scholars at a minimum of 40 schools.
The plans for the day will offer live music and other entertainment, and this will be paired with a pop up shopping party where the guests can browse and support local small businesses. Food trucks will serve up their specialties, and a beer garden is in the works as well. Santa will be on hand to meet the kids and pose for photo ops, and a giant snow globe will provide social media worthy shots.
A festival style fundraiser often attracts lots of attention, and a banner printing company may be tasked with preparing signage and other materials to keep everything running smoothly. They can work with almost any budget, which may be especially helpful for its not for profit customers.
Centennial Plaza in Round Rock will welcome this fundraiser for Texas students on November 10th. The festivities will be kicking off at 5:00 pm.
