The Georgetown Area Car Club Annual Car Show and Charity Benefit has been scheduled to take place in about seven months’ time.
A highly anticipated event in Georgetown, proceeds from the annual car show benefit Scholarships for East View High School seniors graduating each year, along with other charitable entities in Georgetown.
There will be about 200 vehicles participating for impartial judges in each class. There are over 20 classes planned, with awards going to the top three in each. Special awards include Best in Show, Club Participation, and Distance.
Other activities include raffles and auctions. Food and product vendors will be on hand with a broad range of options. Vendors frequently work with local printers in preparing Banners for their booths. Banner printing entails using heavy vinyl and placing the company name and logo on it to serve as signage in the vendor areas.
Music and entertainment will also be part of the fun. The registration fee is $25 in advance or $35 on the day. It includes a T-shirt and a swag bag.
