Fort Worth to hold beer-tasting festival

The Fort Worth Aviation Museum will be hosting an annual festival this April where guests can try samples of beer.

The 6th Annual Hops and Props Festival is an event where multiple breweries will compete to see which beer will win the People’s Choice award. The theme for the festival will be “Welcome Home,” in honor of acquiring an airplane prototype for the museum. The organizers will distribute ballots for the award at the on-site information booth. Guests can also download an e-ballot to use during the festival.

The event will have several family-friendly activities, such as helicopter rides, flight simulators, and games. Food can be purchased from vendors like Buffalo West and NOLA Cajun Catering. There will also be veteran support groups held during the festival, and many commemorative souvenirs will be available at the event. Businesses that host community tasting festivals like this can use banner printing to increase their booth visibility.

The 6th Annual Hops and Props Festival will be held on April 25 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ticket prices for the event will cost $25 when purchased in advance or $39 on the day of the festival. Those interested in the VIP experience can pay $80, which will include a T-shirt, tasting glass, anniversary pin, tote bag, and admission to the Fort Worth Aviation Museum. Parking will cost $5.
