The Ridglea Theater in Fort Worth will be debuting the After Dark Festival in March at the venue’s Ridglea Room.
The After Dark Podcast Festival is a two-day event where those over 18 can enjoy live entertainment provided by more than 20 performers. The first day of the fest will include shows by A Slight Breeze, Vanilla and Pepper, and Hisaac Powell. The second event date will feature performances by Authors of the Air, From the Tides, and Back Acre. The Fat Face Food Truck will be selling food at the venue during both nights of the festival.
The Ridglea Theater is a landmark located in Fort Worth’s Camp Bowie District that was built by A.C. Luther during the 1940s. The theater was saved from being demolished after it became listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Many performers have put on shows at the landmark, such as Anthony Garcia, Kampion Riddick, and Spaceman Zach. The venue has also held comedy shows, Christmas recitals, and New Year’s Eve parties.
The After Dark Podcast Festival will be held from Friday, March 10 to Saturday, March 11. Tickets can be bought at the door for $15 or purchased in advance for $10. Buying one ticket will give people access to both days of the festival. Businesses can promote their debut festivals to the community by using banner printing services.
