Fort Worth will host the Annual Fort Worth Festival, celebrating the deep musical roots found in the region, in just over a week.
Presenting indie rock, rhythm and blues, pop and country, two stages and 20 bands will rock the festival for two days.
Along with the music, there will be exhibits of amazing artwork, along with local vendors displaying and selling their unique items. Oftentimes, the exhibitors and vendors call upon local Print companies to produce the materials needed for the event, with both flyer printing and banner printing being common requests.
The event is held to benefit the Fort Worth Community Food Bank. Attendees and participants are asked to bring canned and non-perishable food items as well as pet food to donate at the entrance. Cash donations are also much appreciated.
The event is headlined by Americana and folk rock veteran Lucinda Williams and alt-rockers Jimmy Eat World, the latter of whom released their eighth studio album ‘Damage’ last year. With appearances from ZZ Top’s Billy F. Gibbons, The Airborne Toxic Event, and Jackopierce, it looks a diverse set with something to suit a variety of musical tastes.
The event will be held May 16 and 17 at the Panther Island Pavilion, with an attendance of 10,000 expected. Tickets are available for one or both days. Visit the website for details.Get a Free Quote for Print
