Fort Worth fly fishing organization to have fundraiser

The Wild Acre Brewing Company will be hosting a fundraiser this April for the Fort Worth Fly Fishers.

Every year, the Fort Worth Fly Fishers hold a fundraiser to support local organizations. The group was established in 1985 and has grown to about 300 members who are passionate about fly fishing. The organization offers educational programs, group outings, and monthly meetings. Casting for Recovery and Project Healing Waters are among the charitable groups being supported by the fundraising event.

Those who attend the fundraiser can help raise money by participating in the onsite live and silent auctions. There will also be other activities organized by the Fort Worth Fly Fishers, including a fly-tying competition and a few raffles. Fishing gear and accessories will be available at the fundraiser. Companies that host occasions such as this can bring Promotional Products to give to guests as a way of raising brand awareness.

The Fort Worth Fly Fishers Fundraising Festival will be held on Saturday, April 4 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets to the event can be bought for $15 each, which includes a buffet ticket, custom pint glass, and three tickets for beer. All items and tickets sold during the festival are only sold by cash. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for people who are driving or just prefer soft drinks.
