Holiday baking is a chore that is about to get a lot easier for those who call Fort Worth, home thanks to an upcoming bake-and-take event.
The Central Market Cooking School of Fort Worth recently announced that it will be offering the public seats in its cookie exchange, and the participants will be divided into small teams for this hands-on session. It is for those age 18 and up only, and each group will prepare a set of recipes.
Participants will be given the recipe and ingredients for their three types of cookies, and a total of nine types will be prepared. There will be a facilitator on hand to help, and at the end of the session, everyone will head for home with some of each type of treat made. Both coconuts and tree nuts will be used.
As each registrant will be asked to sign a waiver before the class begins, everyone has been asked to arrive a few minutes early. Stationery printers can prepare Copies of any documents needed for a particular activity, and these may be paired with promotional Pens.
This evening of baking in a festive and welcoming atmosphere will run from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm on Thursday, December 5. The location for the gathering will be 4651 West Freeway, and tickets are $85 each.
