The 43rd annual Mayfest is taking place for four days beginning on the last day of April.
The festival will feature a variety of family-friendly activities and performances. Musical acts such as Sand Dollar Rodeo, J. D. Munson, and Cody Bryan will be giving concerts, groups like Sallie's School of Dance and the DFW Dance Force are performing, and there will be a student art contest for cash prizes.
There is also a 10K or 5K run, and art and gift market with over 60 vendor booths and food vendors. The Tom Thumb Children's Area is set to have bounce houses, a petting zoo, rock climbing, rides, and paddle boats.
Food, drink and rides will be paid for with coupons, which are available for purchase on the festival grounds.
This four-day event is likely to attract families from all over Fort Worth. Local Print companies may be asked to provide Flyers and other advertising materials to help spread the word.
Mayfest is being held at Trinity Park from April 30 to May 3.
