Presented by the CERA Potter Studio, the 14th annual Pottery in the Park Arts Festival is taking place for two days next month in Fort Worth.
There are expected to be more than 50 artists who will participate in this year's festival, both on an indoor and outdoor basis. Applications are still being accepted; fees for CERA members are $40 for outdoor and $50 for indoor until September 25 or $60 after, and booths for nonmembers are $50 or $75 and $100 after. Spaces are also available for food trucks for $75 until September 25 and $100 after.
Those attending the festival will be able to enjoy tours of the Bryant Irvin Recreational Facility and purchase raffle tickets. The artists on hand will also be giving demonstrations on wheel- and hand-building and other topics. Meanwhile, visitors will be able to participate in hands-on demonstrations such as the opportunity to glaze some bisque ware.
It is likely that many of the artists who will be showcasing and selling their works at the festival will invest in sign or banner printing services to draw more attention to their booths.
The Pottery in the Park Arts Festival will be held at the Bryant Irvin Recreational Facility from October 3 to 4 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm each day. To find out more about this event, or to become a vendor, call 817-681-1335.
