Anybody interested in expanding their contacts can attend the CCNG Regional Networking Event to be held soon at Ensemble Coworking in Fort Worth.
The CCNG Regional Networking Event, hosted by the Texas Workforce Commission, will allow people to connect with fellow workers in the customer care field. There will be multiple meetings held throughout the day, including peer group discussions and a member-led discussion hosted by Candy Kothmann. An open forum will be held that will cover topics such as measuring customer effort, gamification, and customer experience.
There will be multiple networking breaks held at the event in between discussions where attendees can exchange information with other guests. People can arrive early and stay later after the event closes for additional networking opportunities. Those who attend the occasion can use business card printing to create enough cards to distribute to new connections.
The CCNG Regional Networking Event will take place on Thursday, August 29th from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Introductions will begin at 9:00 am. The cost will be $167 per person to attend the event, and no refunds will be provided to people who purchase tickets. Attendees will be meeting in the Orchestra Room of the Ensemble Coworking building. The venue will provide gated parking in the back of their building for people driving to the event.
