Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, a small chain, has plans for opening a location in downtown Dallas at 2121 N. Pearl St.
The Dallas location will be the fifth Yardbird opened by the Miami, Florida chain. The Yardbird concept originated with the 50 Eggs Hospitality Group. The restaurant bar combo is notable for both its innovative rendition of classic regional Southern dishes and impressive bourbon selection.
Yardbird lays claim to one of the country’s finest curated bourbon collections with over 75 standouts including hard-to-locate classics and small-batch, experimental releases.
First-class printing services are able to squeeze all pertinent information concerning a new eating or drinking establishment into a variety of marketing devices without making them appear crowded.
Restaurateur John Kunkel, founder of 50 Eggs, launched the first Yardbird location in 2011 on Miami’s South Beach; Las Vegas, Singapore and Beverly Hills locations followed. A Washington D.C. Yardbird's is on the horizon following the opening of the one in Dallas. Four other concepts can be attributed to 50 Eggs, among which are a casual fried chicken establishment called Spring Chicken and the Los Vegas Spritz Restaurant & Bar.
The Dallas Yardbird Southern Table & Bar will take up the retail space on the PwC Tower’s ground floor at Park District, a mixed-use, 900,000 square foot Uptown development. Open seven days a week, the highlight of the business’s week will be its weekend brunch. Yardbird will open sometime this spring.
