In Dallas’ Lakewood neighborhood a new pub called The Brewers Arms will open where the former Tipperary Inn called home and in where Buzzbrews Kitchen is located at 5815 Live Oak Street.
The new pub will belong to the Buzzbrews family according to its founder Ernest Belmore. Buzzbrews has been divided into two spaces. The portion dedicated to the pub will be outfitted with the décor and ambiance of an old-world pub with comfy booths tucked into nooks, aged-looking dark wood and walls laden with U.K. memorabilia.
New hospitality venues need to get off the ground fast. The highly desirable continuity of signage, Menus and letterhead is more easily attainable for businesses if they select one of the local Print shops.
The menu with be primarily pub fare with a some Buzzbrews dishes included. There will likely be full monty breakfasts, bangers & mash, shepherd’s pie and for certain there will be English-style fish and chips. Needless to say, Irish whiskey and British ales will be on hand.
Live music and entertainment will be a big part of the business and the pub will have themes for each night. Decided upon already are a Monday open mic night, Wednesday will be flamenco jazz and Thursday’s already established trivia night will be switched from Buzzbrews to The Brewer’s Arms.
A soft opening has already been quietly underway, complete with fish & chips, but a grand opening is planned for late November.
