Four-time Pro Bowl linebacker Matthew Judon is set to take over the former Hard Rock Café location with a new establishment to be named 9NINE Kitchen & Lounge. Partnering with Judon are Managing Partner Robert Morris, along with the Chief Marketing Officer, who is Dallas native Shamar Willis. Morris will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the business while Willis will serve as the overseer of the entertainment side of the venture.
Prior to launching a new restaurant, details such as its Logo Design and color scheme must be given the attention they deserve.
According to the release, the new place will target young professionals, offering a feel-good experience for "those ingrained in the city's dynamic entertainment culture." Among the goals of 9NINE will be to provide a quality and unique dining and entertainment experience with a commitment to excellence. Judon said in a statement:
"I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world and experience some of the best food and entertainment across the globe. Those experiences inspired this venture."
Menu detail have not been released yet but indications are that it will be innovative and diverse.
9NINE is slated to open in early March.
