Carlo’s Bakery is featured on Cake Boss, a hit TLC series, and is a successful bakery chain. The chain recently had an enormous grand opening in Orlando, Florida.
In March, the 2,486 square-foot Dallas store, which is under construction at 8319 Preston Road in the University Park area at the Preston Center, will become number 13 for the chain.
Valastro expressed enthusiasm for opening a Dallas store, saying:

Carlo’s Bakery, which was established in 1910, has gained plenty of experience in advertising since its beginning in as neighborhood bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey. The elaborate cakes created by master baker and chef Buddy Valastro have grabbed the attention of the public on TLC’s Cake Boss.
