Malai Kitchen location to open at Preston Center

A fourth Malai Kitchen will open in the fall at the Preston Shopping Center according to a press release issued by the couple who owns the small chain.

Braden and Yasmin Wages offer Thai and Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist, at all their Malai Kitchen locations. The couple present uniquely designed dishes that have their origins in traditional Southeast Asian cuisine. Braden Wages explains that the couple travels to Southeast Asia every year for inspiration. He said:

"Yasmin and I are devoted to constantly evolving our food and drink Menus to keep them fresh and relevant to food trends in Thailand and Vietnam."

The couple opened their first location at the West Village in January 2011. In 2016 a second location was established in Southlake and a third was opened at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth in October 2017.

A strong Logo Design is particularly import for businesses that operate multiple locations.

The new Malai Kitchen will have approximately 3,000 sq ft of inside dining and seat 115 diners. A 22-seat U-shaped bar and an air-conditioned patio for 28 with a firepit for cold weather round out the latest location.

The Preston Center Malai Kitchen will serve lunch and dinner as well as weekend brunch and will offer plenty of healthy choices with most dishes being convertible to vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free upon asking.

According to its press release the latest Malai Kitchen will open sometime in the fall.
