Starting a small business can be a real leap of faith. A Dallas workshop offered by the Texas Wesleyan School of Business Administration will equip potential business owners with various tips they can use to hit the ground running.
The information shared during the ‘How to Start or Run a Small Business’ event will include practical and actionable advice. Gary Johnson, MBA, CPA has been chosen to facilitate the session, and there is no cost to sign up.
Many of the aspects of starting and managing a small business will be touched on during this educational event. The presenter will discuss the types of companies and their pros and cons, and there will also be an exploration of deciding whether or not to set an enterprise up as a LLC. Site location is also on the agenda, as are pricing, obtaining financing, and how to achieve long-term stability and success.
When they leave to go home from the workshop, all of the attendees will take home a workbook they can use as a guide for getting their own company up and running. These, along with personalized promotional Pens and other items, can be prepared by a local printer.
