What's Happening in Dallas, TX…

Four rental spaces available in the Statler Dallas

The Statler Dallas is looking to rent two first-floor suites and two restaurant areas with the help of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

The historic 19-story building is owned by Centurion American Development Group and had previously handled its own tenant search with most of the spaces rented to Centurion businesses. The building is now being opened up to other businesses that might fit well in the Statler’s mix of residences and hotel suites. A Bradford VP Julianna Brooks, who snagged the leasing agreement, explained:

"We are targeting tenants with a profound appreciation for historical and American mid-century architecture, who desire cool, functional, and memorable spaces in the heart of Dallas."

A number of methods are used to advertise vacancies in a building whether it be one that is long standing or in a new build, among these are those provided by banner printing services.

The two first-floor suites are 4,038 and 1,906 square feet respectively. As they are contiguous, they can be joined to form one suite. One of these suites boosts private entrances from both the lobby and street. Restaurant vacancies in the building include one that had been occupied by LVI Steakhouse and is 4,200 square feet in size, and another covering 1,800 square feet.

Designed by William B. Tabler, the Statler was completed in 1956 and was purchased in September 2013 by the Centurion American Development Group, which then spent $175 million in restorations.
