Dallas lands three spots on Best Workplace for Millennials list.

Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine recently released the results of their survey to find the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials 2018, which included 11 Texas enterprises, of which three were Dallas companies.

Of the Dallas companies that made the list, Ryan, Inc., a professional services firm was the front runner at No. 44. Following were Prime Lending at No. 58 and Encompass Home Health at No. 66. Over 434,000 employees of Great Places to Work-Certified companies took part in the anonymous survey from which the annual list was created.

The individual companies on the list will likely ask the printing services they use to include their placing and the highlights of what earned them that place in their promotional materials.

A minimum of 50 millennials must be part of a company’s workforce for the company to be considered for the survey. Businesses were rated on 50 different metrics that included manager competence, meaningful work opportunities, fairness and respect within the workplace, opportunities to contribute to the company’s success, and chances to introduce innovations.

The highest Texas-based company on the list was David Weekley Homes of Houston at No. 19. Houston landed the most companies in Texas, with a total of four. The other three were the United Services Automobile Association at No. 40, NuStar Energy L.P at No. 69, and Hilcorp Energy Company at No. 95.
