This year, the annual celebration of culinary and drink artistry in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the 2021 CultureMap Tastemaker Awards, will once again be celebrated as an in-person event.
Those in attendance will have the opportunity to sample some of the best food and drinks the DFW area has to offer, and be there when the winners are announced. The nominees are selected and judged by their peers, and those at the event will be on hand to see the awards presented.
The event will take place at Fashion Industry Gallery (F.I.G.) at 7:00 pm on August 19. Lots of mingling and perhaps an exchange or two of Business Cards will take place between sips of specialty drinks and sample bites.
Those wishing to attend need to snatch up tickets quickly because this event generally sells out fast. Two types of tickets are available – general admission and VIP admission.
General admission ticket holders gain entry at 7:00 pm and have access to three premium beverages with their bites. VIP admission is at 6:00 pm and they receive first access to the food, as well as a dedicated VIP bar and valet.
Prices for the event vary by type of ticket and time of purchase, with those purchasing earlier saving money. Attendees must be at least 21 years old.
Proceeds from this year’s CultureMap Tastemaker Awards will benefit Harvest Project Food Rescue.
