The Trammell Crow Center renovation in downtown Dallas will include a new restaurant, Sloane’s Corner.
Sloane’s Corner is part of the NL Group, other members of which include restaurants Front Room Tavern at the Hotel Lumen and the Jalisco Norte. The 3,100-square-foot restaurant will be open breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring a bar and seating for 80. Additionally, Sloan’s will cater to the building's tenants.
In addition to Sloane’s Corner, a Royal Blue Grocery will be coming to Trammell Crow, along with a Southpaw’s Grill and Roti’s Modern Mediterranean, as well as Common Desk, which will have a two-story co-working space and a private whiskey lounge.
A new building or a renovated historic one sometimes result in several tenants opening their businesses at the same time. If this is the case, flyer printing maybe be their best course of action for promotion.
A total of $140m has been spend on renovations for the Trammell Crow Center in the Arts District. Located at the corner of Olive Street and Ross Avenue, the building contains a 9,000-square-foot conference center and a 9,000-square-foot fitness center. Additionally, updates for retail space and the garage, and exterior work on the retail, plaza, and office areas, were included in the renovations.
Tim McEneny, NL Group owner, has said that he is bringing construction to a close and is in the process of acquiring a chef, with a menu still to be confirmed.
