Poultry association to hold conference in Allen

This January, the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association (APPPA) will have a conference at the Marriott in Allen.

The 2024 Pastured Poultry Conference is an event that brings together homesteaders, new producers, and professional producers. Attendees get to learn about business-specific topics through farmer-to-farmer discussions and presentations from industry experts. The keynote speakers of the conference are Troy Bishopp and Judith McGeary. The subjects covered at the event will include how to market brands into stories, the basics of feeding poultry, and creating digital content for businesses. Organizations in charge of agricultural events similar to this may use brochure printing to provide conference maps and event rules to their guests.

Companies interested in supporting the event can purchase a basic sponsorship package for $1,500. The bundle includes an exhibitor booth at the venue, logo recognition on the event’s website, and in-person acknowledgment during the conference. Those who only want to exhibit at the event can pay $750. There are many add-ons available for businesses, such as being a Refreshment Sponsor for $1,000 or a Meal Sponsor at lunch for $2,500.

The APPPA will hold its conference from Thursday, January 18th to Saturday, January 20th. Members of the APPPA can pay $300 for a two-day pass or $375 for a three-day pass. These fees will be higher for non-members. There will also be meal tickets available for children.
