Annual run returns to Allen High School

Allen High School will host the 18th annual ISD Eagle Run this March.

Presented by the Foundation For Allen Schools, this running tradition features children and adults of the Allen Independent School District participating in a variety of races, all while decked out in the district’s signature color blue.

The event benefits the Foundation, a non-profit organization helping students and teachers in the school district through scholarships, educational grants and other programs.

With a family-friendly focus, the race includes a shorter fun run and a 5K, both of which feature the Allen Eagle Stadium as its centerpiece. There’s also an option to participate via a virtual race, which can be completed anywhere. All of the races cost $35 per person.

The event takes place in the area surrounding Allen High School, with parking located to the east of Eagle Stadium. A number of sponsored vendors will also be in attendance, offering food and drink, give-aways, games and prizes.

Running events like this may choose to use Print shops to create running bibs, vendor table Signs and event schedules.

The 18th Annual ISD Eagle Run is happening on March 7 at Allen High School. Registration and packet pick-up begins at 7am, followed by a warm-up. The National Anthem and mascot dash begins at 7:45 am, followed by the fun run at 8 am, the 5K run at 8:40 am and the awards ceremony at 9:30 am, capping off the event.
