New store springs into Allen

A new retailer moving into Allen, Texas, is likely to be popular with customers of all ages.

Springfree Trampoline is arriving in the community and, unlike most manufacturers, is celebrating the opening by inviting people to come and jump on its products. The Allen store, which is in the Watter's Creek Shopping Center, is the ninth in the country and the fifth in Texas.

Springfree offers a wide range of outdoor trampolines that are equipped with ‘tgoma’, an interactive system. Sensors on the trampoline connect to a tablet via Bluetooth. The jumper's body is the controller, and the sensors track the person's movement, making the activity interactive. Tgoma marries today's kids' love of technology with the chance to get outdoors for some exercise.

Shoppers will be able to enjoy an interactive experience, watching large screens that give them information about tgoma and the benefits of each model of trampoline. There are also stations available where patrons can jump on test models to compare the various trampolines. A team of experts will be at the store to help advise families on the best product for them, as well as techniques for safe jumping.

The store's Grand Opening Party is scheduled for this Saturday, April 1, from noon until 4:00 pm. Companies like this can benefit by working with flyer printing companies on handouts to distribute at the opening, inviting people to try their products.
