What's Happening in Allen, TX…

This summer will see the first annual classic car show in Allen, Texas.

Although this is the inaugural classic car show from this particular group, a good turnout is expected in terms of both vehicles and guests. There will be vendors, food, and entertainment at the event as well.

Cars will be shown and auctioned at this event. There will be multiple levels of entry; all variations of classic cars will be accepted. There will be entirely classic cars that are still original, restored cars, or modified cars. Custom cars will also be accepted.

The motors accepted range in production periods from pre-World War II all the way through the 1970s. Both American and foreign cars will be shown at this event, and there will be an opportunity on the Saturday only to meet Burton Gilliam, who acted in TV shows and movies such as ‘Blazing Saddles’, ‘Paper Moon’, ‘Gator’, and others. Also on Saturday, attendees will have a chance to listen to the Cool Heat Band, which plays classic rock and other songs from the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s.

The hosts will take advantage of printing services, not just for flyer printing but also for printing other items, such as lot descriptions. As this is also an auction, there will undoubtedly be printed reports and other items to peruse for those interested in purchasing one of these classic cars.

The event is scheduled to see in next weekend, taking place on July 13 and 14.
