The Allen American Hockey team performs in February, March, and early April at the Allen Event Center. The professional hockey team, founded in 2009 plays in the East Coast Hockey League.
Games are held at Allen Event Center 200 East Stacy Road in the 85 x 200 ft. rink. It seats about 300 people.
On February 16 and 17, the Allen Americans will play Utah Grizzlies.
The Americans take on Rapid City Rush on March 2 and 3. On March 3 the Allen Americans play the Tulsa Oilers.
On March 23 & 24, the Kansas City Mavericks provide the opposition two days in row. March 28 sees the Americans play the Wichita Thunder.
The Allen Americans plays the Colorado Eagles on March 30 and 31, before their concluding their games in early April. On April 3, The Americans play Wichita Thunder, and on April 6 and 7, they take on the Idaho Steelheads.
Face off for all of these upcoming games will be at 7:05 pm.
The Allen Event Center has a number of food vendors that offer patrons a variety of eating option. They have chicken, barbecued items, chocolate, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, cocktails, and ice cream.
Allen has a Print shop that can help business, sports teams, restaurants, and clubs with graphic design for Brochures and marketing materials.
