The Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center will be holding a gathering in April to pay tribute to fallen officers.
The Thin Blue Line Ball is an event where the family and friends of fallen law enforcement officers can gather to pay their respects. The program is one of the largest multi-agency law enforcement balls in Texas. All attendees are asked to wear formal attire to the event, and only the honor guard and pipes and drums band will be wearing official uniforms. Guests will be given a custom challenge coin to commemorate the experience.
Several activities will be held during the Thin Blue Line Ball, including a live performance from Dave Bray, professional DJ entertainment, and raffles. Attendees may also take part in the silent auction. The Robert A. Livingston Award and Spartan Award will be presented at the ball, and the organizers will hold a ceremony for the spouses of fallen officers. Gatherings such as this may use brochure printing to provide guests with a program for the evening.
The 2022 Thin Blue Line Ball will take place on April 9 and will begin at 5:30 pm. Tickets for the event will cost people $60 each. Those unaffiliated with law enforcement officers can purchase a ticket for $125. Companies interested in placing an ad in the ball’s program can pay $250.
