Allen yoga studio to give class for aspiring instructors

F.L.Y. Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is a program that helps people start their journeys as aerial yoga instructors. The class will cover topics like the business practices of being an aerial yoga instructor, the art of teaching, and safety in aerial yoga. All students will receive access to an online video library with more information about The Yogi Treehouse’s F.L.Y. Aerial beginners yoga flow class. The lessons are held at the Connemara Meadow Nature Preserve and Lifetime McKinney Craig Ranch.

The Yogi Treehouse is an outdoor yoga studio that aims to create a sustainable space where people can focus on their health.
