This year, Allen celebrates the return of the Home and Garden Show, now on its tenth year running.
As the name implies, this show has to do with all things relating to the home, garden, and yard. There will be multiple vendors, special guests, and opportunities for attendees.
John Gidding will be visiting the show, and will be seen at the Celebrity Stage. Gidding is a star on Trading Spaces, and has a master’s degree in architecture. He has a great appreciation for interior design, which is his main focus on Trading Spaces. At this show, he will be discussing how to incorporate art into home design, as well as such aspects as where to buy art and how to budget for it.
The show will feature landscape displays and water features, showcasing individual vendors and also giving attendees potential ideas for their own yards. There will be many local experts around during this show. The primary purpose is to showcase their wares and attract business, but even those not interested in remodeling can enjoy the displays.
There will be similar displays for home improvement and remodeling. While the vendors may not have every item on display, as these items are often large, they will be available for consultation. Many, if not all, of the vendors will likely have Business Cards on hand.
This event is currently scheduled for this weekend, February 8, 9, and 10. Hours vary per day.
