Allen police and training center to make camp

Athlete Training and Health (ATH) and the Allen Police Department will be collaborating on a summer camp to help kids develop their sports performance.

The Fitness, Integrity, and Teamwork (F.I.T.) Summer Camp is a two-week program where children can play various sports and take part in police-themed activities. The Allen Police Department will give campers SWAT team and K-9 demonstrations, bring drones to the facility, and show off their fire truck water cannon. The activities provided by ATH include weight training, resistance training, and events that help strengthen a child’s teamwork skills.

ATH is a group of training facilities for athletes of all skill levels and ages, including professional athletes, youth athletes, and active adults. The organization is located throughout Texas in areas like North Houston and Fort Worth. ATH offers programs designed for training college pros and helping athletes return to playing sports after being injured. Fitness facilities such as this can market their courses to local athletes by using poster printing services.

The first week of the F.I.T. Summer Camp will be held from June 27 to July 1, and the second portion will take place from July 18 to July 22. Each day at camp lasts from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The program is appropriate for students aged 8 to 11. Campers will be treated to Kona Ice each Friday.
